What does a membership include?

All our memberships include Unlimited Class Credits and Unlimited Access to the Gym (during opening hours)


Do I need to book a slot for the gym?

No the gym can be used whenever you want. Simply arrive and scan in. (Booking a gym slot was only a requirement during COVID to limit capacity due to social distancing measures)


What is included in your Bootcamps?

Our 8 Week Bootcamp includes 8 private group training sessions designed to push you, support you, and get real results. You'll get full body measurements and progress photos to track your journey, plus nutritional support and guidance to fuel your success. Non-members also receive 8 weeks of full Elite Gym membership, giving you unlimited access to our gym and 20+ weekly classes throughout the program.


Can I pay for 12 months upfront?

How can I cancel my membership?

We are sorry to hear you want to cancel. You can submit a cancellation request by clicking HERE . Please note if you are cancelling an Elite Commit or 12 month membership before completing 12 months, the form will prompt you to pay the early cancellation fee as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
